We are currently hiring for the game master position for weekends (Friday through Sunday, 15-25 hours). Only candidates with appropriate availability will be considered.

Game masters are responsible for making our Escape Room customers feel welcome and excited about the challenge! This is a customer service position, so personal interaction with our guests is necessary. Game masters carry out sales transactions, set up customer reservations via our booking software, promote and sell our products and services, keep our website and social media updated as guests complete our challenges, and encourage positive reviews and continued visits.

Game masters give a brief safety presentation and a general introduction prior to each experience, monitor each groups’ progress, offer help when necessary, and reset the rooms after the challenge has been completed.

We are looking for applicants with a friendly, optimistic, and outgoing personality, an inclination to lead, a love for talking to people, entertaining, and creating a positive atmosphere. At least 1 year of customer service experience required. Ability to work nights (as late a midnight) and weekends (Friday-Sunday) is necessary.

Pay is standard minimum wage with biannual wage reviews and promotion opportunities.
